Sorry, first time doing the ban appeal and i got banned because I asked to be removed from the long sit. But its ok, I can wait the 3 more hours.

The whole sit was with a new staff member who had requested some help because it had gone on for way too long. I explained that you both were at fault after you and the other person kept arguing. For the sake of both of you and so that I could talk to that new staff member later about how he handled the situation to help him out, I decided to tell you both that you're at fault. You, because you had run over another player when you had a giant chance to stop and him for being on the road in general which renders him liable. I was playing with you yesterday as a cop when I got home from work, and honestly, there were a million reasons I could have banned you before this incident. I told you both to be quiet and that I would wrap up the situation quickly but you guys had still gone on arguing. Again, I told you to be quiet in a more strict fashion and explained how you were both at fault and we all came to the mutual agreement of wrapping up the situation. The other staff member agreed with me and when you starting trying to cut me off again while I was telling you guys that we'll be resolving this by us all walking away or you can just get out of here. I don't remember how exactly I said it but it was understood that meant ban. After the situation got heated, you had decided to be a smartass by saying "yeah I want to get out here" so I granted you your wish. The point is your immaturity when someone was being nice to you shows how ungrateful you are and that you're not willing to be serious-- meaning that you're not fit to play on the server (which was demonstrated before too).

I'll accept this, but I promise you that if you haven't learned anything out of this your next bans are going to be a lot longer so you can have more time to think about your actions.
