Request Reason: RDM and NLR, i killed him at L2 Bank because his car specifically was seen raiding my friend @Horrendous and he called out the car too. I drove up to layer 2 and saw his car at bank. I then proceeded to kill him with my machete. George Hammer then respawned by the layer 2 hospital and then came back with an aug and shot me for no real rp reason.
When did the situation occur?: approximately 2:00 am somewhere around that time frame

I would also like to point out he broke NLR blatantly as well as the rule states "You may not return to the area you died at for a timespan of 10 minutes (NLR)." as he immediately came back as he died from bank

Since I am a witness of this, I was with Zyke the whole time during the start of raid, til you with your AUG in layer 2. You drove off from the raid, we proceeded to find you, as you eventually pulled up to layer 2, we still had KOS as you drove away from the raid cause you got scared. We have no idea what you do outside of our screens view so who knows if you died or not? cool. Still a KOS on a vehicle/person. then right after dying to the Machete, you broke NLR came back in the bank and RDM'd Zyke and Attempted to RDM Tyrese Gangster ( @Horrendous ) Aswell. All in which, they hit your car and you said NOTHING at all on the mic, nor chat, the whole time (warnings to stop ramming, etc), but just stare at us with your "cool aug" on your back. Then proceeded to RDM Zyke as he wasnt even the driver nor did any threat to you.

First off you broke nlr as your not suppose to be within that area, so this rp situation should never happened at all if you hadn't came back and broke nlr. Secondly you died meaning because of the nlr rule you cannot remember who slashed or destroyed your car. You assuming that I slashed your tire would be breaking nlr as you know i slashed your tires from your previous life. Thirdly as the rule states " Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action." You clearly broke this rule as you gave no verbal warning or text warning to stop ramming your car nor you didn't even question who slashed your tires you just straight up shot me magically knowing it was me, I wasn't even the driver. You clearly used the method of killing as your first resort and gave no warning to the driver to stop ramming your car. Unless you have evidence that support your warning and us persisting with your warning, I would be inclined to see it and discuss it with you

I killed you because your friend kept ramming into my car multiple times. He consistently fail drived and consistently kept destroying my car. It only says I have to warn you for insulting me. And as I said I had a good reason for immediate lethal action because of your partner's fail driving and destroying of my vehicle.

You never gave a warning, ive been in situations such as these and you must give a warning and if the opposing party persist you kill them in which this case you never gave a warning. Also please address the nlr you so broke by coming back immediately in the area, Also warning doesnt only apply throught insults but through situations like these. I think thats the thing you dont understand. Also you claim my friend @Horrendous "consistently" slammed into your when it merely 3-4 seconds

Im certain It was 3-4 seconds. Unless you have evidence to back it up because im not gonna play "he" or "she" said game. I had a reason to kill you ,it wasn't rdm. If you think it was rdm make another player report on me and we can settle that rp situation somewhere but as of right now I had a valid rp reason as your car had been called out. You just admitted to breaking NLR as you just said you came back to bank when I killed you. Also at that raid your car in particular got away and I never killed you at that raid in L1 (Check logs) Even though if I had killed you, your car was still called out and there was no way in knowing If you participated in that raid or not
