If Gideon suspected that I didn't destroy the class 3, he should have made a report as their were other mods available. He was in-character thus handling the report on his own seems like a rule-break.

I hopped on PD and there was an ongoing sting operation with you and other PD officers, I stayed in L1 until backup was called to L2, I reminded you right after you took the weapons to destroy them, you didn't, I asked you over-radio and you said "Yeah" as seen in your video. Why would you lie as a detective? Keeping guns from a gun deal counts as unauthorized corruption, you broke the rules, I dealt with said rule break, I was never directly involved in the situation. You also proceeded to say you paid money for them? and after I checked logs your story took a sudden turn to the truth. You also attempted to 'bribe' me by asking to give me 2 AK's instead of the mosin you should of returned from the deal.

And why are you not showing the whole video? Why does it cut off at when I said 'no' and starts after you have already deposited the items in your bank?

I was involved in the situation as I was tasked to respond to the sting operation once we had confirmation of illegal weapons, I believe Gideon hopped on police just before the arrest occurred (he was not involved in the sting operation as he was in L1 at the time), he reminded FallenderMond just after the situation was called as code 4 that he needs to dispose of the illegal weapons, a few minutes later he was confronted again on radio frequency whether or not he had done so and that's where this clip begins .I had the chance to actually hear the majority of the sit taking place, the argument that FallenderMond had was that he wasn't going to destroy it because it was a Mosin.

I don't believe Gideon is guilty of making this sit as he wasn't involved in the operation from which the detective seized the illegal weapons. The only reason he is being reported is because he was part of the PD force and tried to warn the reporting party multiple times before having to take care of it, stuff which I don't think involves him into anything.

After reviewing your evidence, and the extra info provided in replies, @Gideon did not abuse his administrative powers here. Under most circumstances staff members are not allowed to take their own reports, with rare exception. However in the situation specifically, another staff member was not needed. Gideon was in no way involved in the sting operation, he just so happened to be on police and saw you break a rule. Since he was in no way involved in the situation leading up to this, it's within his right as a staff member to remind you of the rules, especially since he saw you break one - and he did so in character. You chose to ignore this so he followed it up by going on duty and dealing with the situation.

I see no issue with this, he was in no way involved and it didn't interfere with roleplay for him to deal with your rulebreak.
