Fail Rp by a civ causing the police to arrest me due to that person saying I shot them with a weapon, thus resulting in my glock with a sight and suppressor being destroyed and several chems destroyed but I don't care about those.

TDAssassin claimed that the player that was calling him out, broke NLR by telling the cops "This guy killed me", which got him arrested and resulted in him loosing his glock. Therefore I suggested that he made a refund request.

Seeing as the gun was taken away, due to another player breaking the server rules, I'd say yes it should be refunded.

I'd like to chip in with some info on this one. I was the cop to confiscate @TDAssassin's G18, and I therefore know that the confiscation was fully legitimate and fit under standard RP circumstances. It was never confirmed that the situation occured because of a rulebreak, and @TDAssassin didn't even care enough to report the accused rulebreaker, even though both parties and a staff member (me) was online at the moment.

If that's the case, the situation should have been dealt with by staff ingame, @TDAssassin did not inform me that staff was online at the time.
