Reason for Report: I believe yesterday I made a comment on someone's forum posing the question, "Just curious is there a single clip where your not on cop or detective?" in reference to a fragging video posted. Today I received a message from GM1003 stating that I have violated community guidelines, "We do not allow users to be abusive, overly aggressive, threatening, or to "troll" while using our site and/or other services offered by Monolith Servers. Your message may have been removed or altered"(GM1003). The statement made by me was a legitimate question which was later answered by the producer of the video. In no sense was my questions abusive, overly aggressive, threatening, or trolling and a conclusion of such could only be made by approaching my question with a bias of my intentions. GM1003 abused his power in punishing me as he held a personal bias when analyzing my comment and thus leading him to create a completely incorrect and biased outlook on my intentions.

English isn't my first language, but this is obviously taking a swipe at the person you were talking to, and it is unacceptable behavior

Again, you present the bias in this statement that I was just talking about. You assume bad intentions on my comment because of a personal bias you have towards me. The exact reason I reported you.

Throughout the video you can clearly tell that he is not a detective nor is he an officer in a handful of clips, hence the forum infraction for unacceptable behavior

I might have considered a forum warning appeal, but seeing as how you decided to skip the appeal process altogether, and deflecting any responsibility but instead blaming it on my "bias" you can forget about that. Don't bother appealing after this staff report is denied

Thank you for your report. After review, there is not evidence of @gm1003 ツ abusing his powers on the forums. The comment you made can easily be interpreted as overly aggressive/trolling. It was well within his administrative duties to remove the comment, and issue a punishment along with it. I'm unsure as to why you skipped over appealing this, as you could have explained your side and had it removed, as stated in the message. In the future keep this in mind.
