Gmod Issue

Many Staff and Members have tried to help me. The Message.Txt is from the console while I am during and while i am in the game you'll need to download them to review them. The following things I've done to try to fix this: Uninstall Garry's Mod (2x),Uninstall Pack and Reinstall(x3), Tried Using 86x-64 - Chromium + 64-Binaries, Installed Half Life 2 and CCC Sources, Tried joining using max graphics in settings,Joined with all Adons disabled, 2 And a Half Days Trying to fix it by advise from staff and Members but no success. Last Time I played on monolith was 3 Months ago got bored wanted to get back into monolith tried to join but experience issues show below. Text Documents you'll need to download but they show what the console said while I was joining and when I joined. Pictures off what I've been experiencing is below as well. This only has been happening when I join Monoford, I can play on other servers just fine.

I've never seen this issue before, like never out of my almost 3k hours of GMod.

Installed Half Life 2 and CCC Sources

Have you tied C:SS? Or is CCC the same thing* sorry kinda dumb

Do you have a Nvidia Graphics card? If so get on Geforce experience and update your video drivers

i remember this having to do with gmod graphics settings. try messing around with those. set them to ultra or high or something.

I have seen this problem before, here are some possible solutions that have worked for others -

Updating your drivers

Unselect "Allow Custom Files" in your GMod settings if it has already been selected, close GMod, then open it again and select "Allow Custom Files"

And if you haven't tried uninstalling this way, just delete the Garry's Mod folder (C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod), then reinstall.
