Relevant Evidence: So I pulled up the rules and reread all throughout them and understand I have to initiate on people. I was just hesitant too because I had an mp5 on my back but I now know that even if I do and want the player that I'm targeting I must walk up and pull out my mp5 on my back even when they have magnums out.:| sorry for the misunderstanding just didn't want to get shot by the magnums and have a chance of losing my items you feel? I'm sorry bro and I did read the rules again to make sure I don't get banned for days at a time anymore and I have 1 day and 3 hours left until I'm unbanned.

I didn't walk up and say put your hands up to the two cops with guns out I just pulled out and got the hostage they had but I didn't know they were cops so I guess it was a counter raid to them.

If a cop has a gun out and you are trying to get your friend that is arrested I see no issue with shooting them as they will just shoot you back if you tell them to uncuff your friend at gun point. But if they are unarmed, you can't just shoot them, you should tell them to uncuff your friend. While initiation isn't a specific rule, it's a rule to leave killing to a last resort.

Every staff member has their own view and way of handling situations, so I'll leave it to Tango to handle your appeal, I was just giving my input.
