Request Reason: False War/NLR Breaks (referring to events from past lives)/Player Targeting/Harassment/Hiring people to RDM without KOS/Physgun Abuse/OOC Insults (pay attention that he constantly breaks "character" in the midst of insults and such)/PowerGaming. I don't really know this person other than they Claim we declared war at some point, even though we have not, and have said many times that we are not at war. He attempts to force us in to submission instead of listening to any facts i.e. "there was no declaration of war" (Power Gaming). This has been a consistent thing anytime he's on when I am, it was amusing at first since there seems to be some sort of delusions involved, but as I began to discontinue interaction, as it never got anywhere, he began to escalate. Evidence provided below.
When did the situation occur?: Starting around 5:30ish am CST May, 7th 2022 Until Server Restart at 7 am CST. Though he continued to harass others afterwards from the videos I've seen ( I have links to them, but as I was not there I am not adding them here)

I wasn't going to include these, as I wasn't involved but I feel this helps paint the picture of this persons needlessly aggressive powergaming behavior and the extent of his obsession with targeting people. All my videos are from a fairly short time frame where he just can't not stop himself from stopping by every couple minutes to say or do something rude or agressive.

The person recording those 2 videos was extremely toxic yesterday so I was basically doing it back never took it ooc, this dude kept going on about me on ooc everybody witnessed that then @Dez came to layer 2 to help me with the fight we had, And the dude started making fun of him for being british for some reason if this person was offended by racism so much why is he mocking dez for his accent calling him things like crooky teeth, he was also mocking me because I have an accent too.

Also in the first video I killed their friend sonny and id assume they are grabbing weapons from their banks after that. the laugh emote looked like he was pointing a pistol from my perspective thats why I shot instantly when he did it I quickly realised it wasnt a gun so stopped shooting.
