Reason: The reason that I am leaving the server is because of the lack of attention and thought that you guys give to the people that care most about the server ever single update that has been put out since I have been on the server makes me upset. All you guys really do is make the server more RP based ( Yes I know that's what is suppose to be an RP server.) But I don't understand why it is like this when they people that care most, that pay money every month to have a better experience, and it gets taken away due to the lack of attention to what the people that really care don't get.

Yes, I have had a good time a lot of time 1000+ hours. Thanks Mono for what you once were <3

We care about what all players think. They are the foundation of this place running. But to consider feedback in a constructive way, it needs to be presented in a way that's clear and concrete. This thread has so far really lacked any of that, so I don't know what the concrete content of your complaints are. Making the server "too much about RP" is vague and doesn't really sound negative on its face. So what's the problem exactly?

You will be missed, however if you do have a complain. Don't hold it in, let someone know about it. If you hold onto that complain, it festers into something worse, trust me I know first hand. Don't think just because you have a problem with something and you feel like you can't talk about, there are people who would like to hear, no one is alone in this world, everyone deals with something in their lives, it may even be the same thing as you are dealing with. Don't think that you have to keep things a secret, tell about it and don't think you can do nothing about it. We have staff members who are willing to here what is going on, we have people want to help others. You aren't alone in this.

I kinda got the same feeling too. Seeing all those cars getting de-spawned just because you took a bad turn and those admin messages in the chat every other minute about dont do this or you will be banned/blacklisted makes you feel as if you are in some kind of concentration camp. I am not in any gang and i dont do much PVP so i dont know how bad PVP players feel about the overall gameplay of the sever.

Sorry im using this form of criticism but this is exactly how i was feeling today.

I mean this was just a goodbye post but if you actually want your server to not die I recommend you do a lot of things honestly I wish you were active when I played the server then you would really see the inside of what is wrong. However a couple things that I would change if I had any power would be some of the staff. EX: A staff member literally has a very bad estimate count of staff reports on him 10+ is what I counted and he still isn't demoted. But when you see that many people take time out of their day to make staff reports and either try to get someone demoted because they don't deserve where they are or they are making the peoples experience worse or the person actually messed up. All the people that denied these staff reports don't really understand getting targeted by staff member does and the staff member can deny this all they want but when they actually make people quit the server and make people not want to play I have literally experienced this first hand with a bunch of my friends quit playing because of this person, but in the end this is just my opinion and I hope we are all entitled to this.

Game related stuff personally Gurrazor I wish I could talk to about this because it is harder to explain stuff through typing and I might not make sense. I would start with this new update 5.1 I believe has made me very angry. First thing I want to say is I believe that people enjoy this server more for the amazing maps that we have experienced also another reason that we like the server is the PVP and I know this word is cringy but a lot of people use it if you don't understand pvp is fragging. I understand that the server was made with the intent for it to be role play I really do. But if I recall I can't think of anything that actually requires Role Play. The server seems like it was designed for big groups to come play make gangs do drugs make money fight PVP ect. I think that this server is perfect for that but all it seems is that it is not. With the updates they have literally done the opposite they made lock picking a main way for raiding to start almost impossible with the lockpicks almost breaking instantly and lock picks cost around $1200 now thats a lot of money just starting out as a new player lets not forget that lockpicks are drop on death to now. Lets talk about the med kits being drop on death that is literally on of the stupidest things they could have ever done with medkits being the only thing to heal with during fights are now drop when you death. Med kits are on of the most expensive accessories needed to pvp and now they are basically removed because you lose them when you die. I know this next suggestion is going to make a lot of staff cringe and hate me ,but I don't know if staff was the reason that game tracker was removed but I know this is the hardest thing for staff to understand game tracker was one of the most fun things that the server had. For players at are end game which cans come fast if you put the hours in I am an example of this I fell in love with game tracker this really made the server so fun to me this was a website that tracked peoples amount of kills on the server and this was awesome for people like me it was a fun little competition between all the best players. But all the staff insisted that this website lead to frag hungry game play. But I don't understand how this website could leave to frag hungry play style and if it did wouldn't the player just get banned because of RDM or something??

That is the thing Bruce is gmod really the platform to RP on for example why not RP on a GTA server were role play is extremely enforced you cant do this with Gmod I mean just look at the game GTA it is a beautiful game and this is just my opinion

Yeah it feels like if you equip/shoot a weapon within 100 yards of a certain admin there will be a sit, or if you even aim a gun at police you are cop baiting. Then if said admin decides to bring you into a sit, it has to end in punishment with no explanation of the rule/rules broken.

Game tracker was not the "one of the most fun things", especially for a RP server. It isn't needed, and it shouldn't ever be. It's just used for players to brag about the amount of kills, to look cooler. It's dumb, this isn't a "Let's go kill everyone, and have the best gametracker" Kind of server. It's an RP one. If you want war/gang RP or whatever, with your "Demands or what you think should be added", then go join another server, and enjoy that.

Them making things drop-able, adds risk. Players never didn't feel risk as much before, and its realistic. I'm sorry you can keep your items so you can get more frags, when you respawn.

People like this ruin mono, and drive it away from being a rp server.

Wasn't there a post about players making their own roleplay and experiences? I find it hypocritical that when we create a gang war of sorts that we are slammed for making that kind of roleplay. It's not that we don't roleplay, it's that we don't do it in the specific way some people want it to be carried out. I'm not talking of the set rules in which rp has to be conducted on this server, just the opinion of some of the staff. Also, there was risk to take out large weapons, perform raids, etc. I lost my weapon, and the ammo/zipties/lockpicks/meds I needed to use in order to get out of the raid/gunfight alive. You make a server for people to enjoy, and get mad that they aren't enjoying it the way you want them to, and in the process dissuade them from playing in the first place. In the end the playerbase might still remain constant, but you lose loyal and experienced players, and if they complain they are told to fuck off, don't play if you don't like it. Thread locked and moved.
