I was banned before my punishment was even finished and I was immediately gagged as I tried to establish my side of the story so as I typed my side of the story (I was then threatened to be muted) Kyle would take my words and scramble them all around to make me look like a liar even though I was speaking the truth. If the admin had let me talk I would have been much more respectful but this sit felt very one sided and I would even go as far to say it was biased toward the premium players which is disgusting. I admit I was disrespectful and yes I even broke fail rp but I didn't break fear rp on purpose I didn't even know how to put my hands up and I still don't also Kyle forced me out of my vehicle because as I was kicking a criminal out of my vehicle to help Kyle I accidentally bumped into him with my car clearly not intentionally. I got out of the car as Kyle asked but I did not know how to put my hands up so naturally I jump around left and right to avoid getting shot because of ignorance. At this time my friend who was in the car with me hopped out of the vehicle and shot at Kyle to which Kyle had turned around and at that time I pulled my gun and shot at Kyle but because Kyle called an admin sit based on my ignorance I ended up sitting in a biased admin sit where I didn't even get to explain my story in full and I didn't even get to finish the sit as I was banned prematurely. I admit I was wrong to be disrespectful and I am sorry but I feel as if the cards were stacked against me simply because I don't pay for the server and that is wrong. People were calling Kyle a minge that entire day so for the admin to take his side over mine is just mind boggling but I guess that is to be expected when the admin doesn't even listen to my side of the story.

Just because people have something against Kyle, doesn't mean the sit against you is invalid at the start.

Kyle was trying to explain his story, you immediately started to scream through him and disrespected him from the start. I tried to raise my voice and tell you both to talk one at a time. I tried this through voice chat and text, which you both ignored.

Since Kyle made the report, I liked to hear his story first. After that I gave you a chance to explain your story. However, you took that chance to call me names/bias and call Kyle autistic.

Yes, I agree that Kyle tried to twist your words, but understand that staff does not base their punishments on player witnesses. I knew what you said and I even told you multiple times that you didn't say what Kyle said, but you just ignored me and continued to disrespect Kyle.

Understand that I did not ban you because Kyle is premium, nor is he anywhere close to a friend (no offence intended). You were banned due the way you were acting in the sit, the way you were disrespecting a staff member and a fellow player (premium or not) was in no way acceptable.

The same thing applies for the rest of the sit, I was acting like I would do in every one of them. You were being dealt with the way you were because of how you were acting. This was on you and had nothing to do with Kyle.

Your ban got later increased because of the provided evidence. It is really clear you were breaking fearRP, failRP, you were stalling the RP and therefore were lieing to me as well.

I would like to add the criminals Kyle were dealing (the person who had the "proof") with from the start initially broke fear rp by jumping in my car and that you are lying if the logs are still there you can see that I had a total of 1 minute of voice chat before being gagged twice. I also have doubts on the evidence as before I was kicked I heard that the evidence was of audio and not video and that is ridiculous if this is how the staff deals with these problems when the cop was failing rp to begin with than I understand why the server has lost popularity in the time I have been gone healing from a broken arm and as I am sad to see the server I worked hard on die it is sadly inevitable because I have seen a founder break rules for his own gain and now I witness an admin disrespect me and lie in a forum post. I am not even here to appeal my ban as that is impossible since the admin is falsifying information. I am just here to say if the server doesn't find a way to fix this then you will in time lose everyone because once new players start joining and experience this for themselves but as their first impression they will not come back and when the premium members are all that is left they will quit paying and they will find somewhere else to pay to minge

I thought you said I wasn't lying this is clearly you falsifying information to not only make your ban seem reasonable but also saying I was stalling rp when this is clearly not the case or why I was banned even by your own words neither of those are true so clearly I am a victim to a lying admin

And I never lied I have no idea what you think I lied to you about I simply explained the situation to a tee and I even admitted to my faults in-game and in-forum so saying I was lying is just outright a lie within itself

The fact that Kyle is clearly a minge and everyone in the server agreed so and clearly his friends doctored the evidence to make them not seem guilty in any reason explains the incredible player drop in the past few weeks and honestly I don't see myself coming back to this server I still feel as if paid players are treated with more respect and you are lying in your report because Kyle never explained his story even when I was gagged and threatened to be muted. If I had video evidence of this I would take it to the staff reports but since I cannot run another program while running gmod because of lag I am forced to give up on this server. Thank you for not only wasting my time but lying to make yourself look good.

It is so clear here that you are falsifying information but as I have said before even if I pointed out every little detail since you are the person who banned me and you are the only one allowed to dispute it I am fucked even before the appeal was made. You are an unfair admin and a lying one so arguing with you will only run me in circles as you can make something up knowing I have no video evidence and no access to the logs and everyone will believe you over me. I have been loyal to this server only to be treated as if I am just a minge and that is sickening to me to say the least. I hope to god you guys figure out to save the server I really do but ever since this new update came out it seems as though the admins and premium players alike are crooked and no one who plays for free will want to experience that.

I find it rather absurt, but quite frankly really sad that you think about me that way.
Trying to put the community and their staff members in a bad daylight like that wont get you anywhere, in fact, it will only make things worse.
I do have video evidence and that is what your ban is based on, I can and will provide it if necessary.

For now, I think everyone can agree we don't need people like you on the server. You can make a new ban appeal once you can act normal again.
