What happened: I was in front of layer 1 bank and got VDM'd by and big EMS truck. I was going to pick up my friends stuff who also got VDM'd by the same guy.

What do you need refunded: Five seven, kevlar/helmet, lockpick, pistol holster, and mini fridge.
