Reason for Report: Using witnesses as proof immediately after saying he wouldn't use them and using warning points as a reason why I should be banned.
Time of Occurrence: 09/30/17, 8:50 Pacific
Evidence to support your claim: I don't have any screenshots or video as this was all verbal, but Maher used me having warning points from a month and a half ago and 2 officers as enough proof to ban me for 4 hours as "Failrp as PD". The only thing that was concrete evidence in the entire ban was me yelling in radio, which was why I was demoted. The other officers were making some story about me about to take a bribe or something. Maher did not have any evidence to ban me other than accusations and having warning points, which aren't valid.
Additional members involved/witnessing: @HiddenBush was the chief at the time.

I'll just copy and paste what I wrote on your ban appeal:

You've had more than your fair share of previous infractions, plus you had been given warning points before for failcop as well. There were two stories revolving around in the situation, both with skewed details. A good portion of the Police Department was going after you for abuse including corruption and radio abuse. You became extremely hostile during the sit and it was apparent that if you're behavior is like this then what would it be normally? I told you to take the rest of the night off and gave you a 4-hour ban.
