When did the situation occur?: Around the hours of 1am to 4am USA eastern sea. Him and his gang have been mass rdm'ing, prop pushing, bullying staff, claiming people are alts and killing them without evidence or reason, harassing players, talking out of OOC, Breaking fear rp,
meta gaming, they raided pd twice within the span of 7 minutes, they have shoot people in open for no reason. They have specifically bullied Elena for "not doing her job" and "we do a better job and kill alts" as they been killing people for being "alts" I have been killed multiple times and harassed being called a cheating alt.

Sorry for the delay, after reviewing the player-report and investigating the situation, I've came to the conclusion that I'll be accepting this PR, below is the following punishments issued:
