As you can see i was already lagging to begin with as 2 second time span with the black bar at the bottom right corner, and i haven't moved. So i crashed while i was being detained for LTARP. I don't even remember VDMing as again i was lagging alot, and for those i did kill on the road was either 1. they ran in front of me, Or 2. they were in the middle of the road (and tow trucks can't stop immediately). So i don't understand why such a long time all though i have evidence i did nothing.

Edit: you can also see they are 2 different pictures (as the links are different) and that the taxi was still next to me.

Now. The fact is if you've crashed it would of said that you timed out but it didn't. It said disconnected by user. And looking in the logs you got arrested and then a few seconds later you disconnected. And if you're lagging so hard then why are you driving? You should know by now not to drive when you're lagging hard so we can avoid these issues. It's quite obvious that if you're driving you should be aware of your surroundings at all times. But only because he was in the middle of the road it doesn't mean that he doesn't have a reason to be in the road. It could be due to an RP scenario of getting pulled over by the cops. If you're driving and lagging I would highly suggest A, Don't drive what so ever B, Take more caution when it comes to driving (Driving slow, being aware of how you're driving & beware of your surroundings) Therefor I will not be unbanning you and surely you can wait 2 days,

I stopped driving, and I did crash, I had the red bar at the top right corner and I couldn't move, I waited for 20-30 seconds and it didn't work so I had to leave and turn on and off my internet then try to join back but by then I was banned.
