Ok basically i was at ravine because there was a supposed mugging, i had turned around heard him start to pull a gun out so i pulled my gun out which made us both pull our gun out at the same time, i said that to the admin, nope, obviously lie because I have bans and never speak the truth, if you check logs there is atleast a 1 to 2 second time difference between me pulling out my weapon and him pulling out his.


Nick: Ok, so loki, you had just gotten off a ban and had just gotten off a ban before that, you lied to me 3 times today. and 2 cases of FearRP. I was watching the situation, as I can clearly tell by your "side of the story" I can tell that is false because I watched the situation play out, he told you hands up, then you turned around with a gun on you and decided to go for your gun. You know this is wrong. As well before this you broke NLR at bank and told me you didn't die then I checked logs and you had died 2 times at bank. Chrome was here as well. then literally the same 5 mins we were dealing with you breaking FearRP from a mugging and you tried saying you were "Negotiating" while you were running with a gun in your face. As I stated In the ban you need to read the rules and understand them because its clear from the past experiences with you in the past couple of days you do not know the rules. One thing that I HATE is being lied to, you've done a lot of that in the past few days hence the ban. Quite frankly you're lucky the ban is not exceeding 2 or more weeks with your record with staff and history with bans. I am being very lenient with you. Take this as a warning for when you return to read the rules.
I am denying your request.

Here are a few problems i have with this

1. I had never broken NLR as i had headed to the car shop but got shot across the street by the bank robbers, which was in fact rdm but i never made a report because it was nothing serious.

2. No Fear rp ever went down, i had pulled my gun out the exact same second he did so it wasn't fear rp, you can even check logs.

3. no evidence against me from the admin, he never ever saw where i went, and when i died at the car shop. I asked him for evidence yet he gave me none. For the fear rp he literally didn't even let me use my mic before banning me which is just not cool. I also see he has a history of reports for not letting players speak before they get banned to back them selves up. He also had blocked me on discord for asking him questions.

But the thing is you never gave me valid eveidence of breaking NLR, Fearp twice? when was the second time, let alone the first, I pulled out my shotgun right as he pulled out his pistol, so I don't see the problem

I was, i got warned, and also, from my previous experience you have to provide evidence of someone doing what you said, like you have told me to provide evidence when someone had failrped, that would be like staff are superior to everybody, such as mods, but they're not. I have major respect for certain mods because they not only enforce the rules but provide them, and provide evidence when needed. In this case, I would recommend having evidence to support your claim that i didn't die at car shop but instead at bank. When I really did die at car shop.

There are logs of you dying on that day within minutes (death timer plus 15 seconds for you to return) of each other by the same person that was at bank area, you then went back and said you did then told me you didn't completely changing your story, I'm done arguing with you clearly 1 week clearly wasn't enough to get through your head that you should not be doing what you KEEP doing constantly loki.

Have you not understood what I am saying, I want proof that i was at the bank when i died, I have already stated my claim more than once, you just keep repeating the same original claim and do not give me my answer

We don't provide proof each time a person is banned, we ban countless people each day. If we have to provide proof each time a person breaks the rules, we wouldn't be able to do our job properly.
