Unblacklist Reason: The person who made the report escalated the entire situation. He first starts off by telling my org member to "shut the fuck up" and then tells him to get out of the car. At that point, I come up and the first thing I tell him is to stop talking shit or I will kill him. He then proceeds for 45 seconds to talk more and more shit. I gave him plenty of opportunities to walk away and shut his mouth. He was trying to escalate the situation for no good reason, now yes I shouldn't have just stabbed him, but the point still stands that he had ample opportunity to walk away. Second off, In the acceptance of the report, GM stated I had a "history of RDM rulebreaks" which is not true. I don't have a single RDM point or verbal in the past 6 months. Even if I do believe I have a single RDM point like a year ago.

You need to threaten a person to stop insulting you with a weapon equipped and pointed at them, otherwise you cannot kill them

You had an RDM rulebreak just this last month. Your other rulebreaks were also taken into consideration, RDM or not, to see if you are following our rules, which you are not

You specifically stated "history of RDM rule breaks" not rule breaks in general. Secondly, at 13 seconds in the video, you can see him running at Ethan with a gun, which Ethan stated to me that he had a gun. When I came up I knew he had a gun for such I did not wish for him to pull it once I pulled something.

For my other punishments, I don't have much other than a few points scattered between a few months.

I don't see any reason for a week blacklist for RDM when the situation was heavily questionable. I get it if I would get 1 point or maybe a day blacklist, but a week for that? It wasn't even blatant RDM.

That is where you are wrong, our rules on killing someone simply for insulting are very clear, which you did not follow
