Your evidence to support your claim: When my friend was in a sit he started playing his fragtage the moderator Misterloe29 asked what is that recoil to him. Berry smith replied "these are hacks" He proceeded to ignore the fact he said that and gave my friend a weapon blacklist for his rdm. In this clip i provided If you skip to 0:25 secs you can see that his mac 11 has no recoil at all no spread either and its obvious as well as his other fragtages. Sadly we don't have a video of him admitting to it but there is evidence of his own that he provided in his clips.
