I also need to add some details to the casino situation. It is well known that if you are an
active threat to someone's life you can harm them in an act of self defense, or to prevent further damage to yourself/others in later events, such as killing people for threatening to take your life or endanger it. One of the reporters (Which I cannot recall his steam name, he has a fairly deep voice if that helps any) was walking around with an AK just aiming at everyone in the Casino, I asked him "Where can I buy one of those, man?" and he just said "You wanna buy one bro?" over and over again. Finally, he got in a vehicle with 3 other assailants and was about to drive off, when I got in and began asking the same question. He was silent, his friend however stated the following. "If you don't get out of the car, I'll kill you man, I'll shoot you." Then he kept repeating "Leave or I'll shoot" for about 5 seconds. I then got out, pulled out my MR96
(with a long barrel, added damage!!!) and began firing at the vehicle. 2 of them hopped out and pushed me, and I shot one in the parking lot with 3 body shots. A second pushed in, and I shot him in the doorway to casino, 2 bodyshots (1 potential headshot, I don't recall.) I saw the others fleeing in an Unmarked stolen police dodge charger. Approximately 5 minutes later, I was heading to the Hardware store to buy door alarms for me and
@Max Veira to go base (he was in an Admin Sit at the time), and I heard items being dropped. I turned the corner, (and by this time I have equipping one of my kill's AKs, at ~25% upon equipping, which I paid not attention to at the time) and saw 4 dudes huddled around a basic bank robbery bag (2 slot, which I still have in my inventory, can be proven in logs.) I easily recognized them from the people affiliated with the people I had already killed, some of them armed with AK's and having identical appearances to that of those I saw at casino) and began to open fire with my new AK. I got through about 5 bullets before it jammed, I didn't kill a single person with the AK. I took out my
Long barrel MR96 which I then used to bodyshot everyone in my path. I killed 1 person outside (the one I had sprayed, he only took 1 bullet to the lower torso), then began to push inside. I noticed when I got to the door, someone was on my left side pointing a Makarov pistol right into the glass door, which was in an open position on the inside such that he could hide behind it with viable protection from my MR96. He kept calling things out like "DUDE HE'S CHEATING!!", and "DUDE HOW DID HE FIND US LIKE WHAT THE FUCK MAN?!", I was about to push in and shoot him when a person at the edge of the hallway was jiggle-peeking with a Five-Seven or P99 pistol (I cannot recall which, it holds no relevance at the moment.) and I hit him in the upper torso, near the neck, twice. He was clearly hurt and fell back, stuck for awhile until he heals/retreats, so I took that time to shoot the guy near the glass door, and he didn't even get a single bullet off on me (I genuinely don't think he had any ammo.) I pushed up slightly and killed the last guy on the bottom floor, hit in the lower torso near the waist. I then pushed upstairs and heard someone lockpick a door (I thought he was climbing out the Crolo's #2 window) and saw him run into an apartment. I promptly pushed him and began shooting before he could do anything (he was standing still, presumably equipping ammo/healing) and I hit him once in the body, once in the head.
I know this report is on me, but I don't know any of these people. I am certainly not introduced to ANY of them. After I killed the first 5, how in gods name did dead people know my steam name? Messages like "Quitsdrop is aimbotting" and "Quitsdrop is defo cheating" were popping up in OOC, I am actually having my suspicions about these people. Also, During a sit with

@Tuko, My game crashed, when I loaded back in I got a friendly message from one of the reporters, which kinda made me think. He said "That Citizens Hack ESP makes you crash sometimes man, shit's crazy bruh". I genuinely have 0 clue how he would know this unless he has either used/researched cheats himself.
I would also like to add,
@strapped stated that everyone had Kev and Helm. With the firearm I was using, that really doesn't mean anything. 3 body hits (anywhere in the torso) will kill a 100HP person, stock MR96. I had an MR96 with a long barrel, that adds like 16 damage, since base damage is 50 on my MR96 (which was at 100% at the time, it was just raided from somewhere that was making guns.) The fact that I didn't headshot all of you is just more damning evidence for my case, you would've all been dead WAY quicker if I headshotted all of you. As well as logs being able to prove I never headshotted a single one of you, other than the instance listed above.
May I also suggest that before the server restart (approx. 45 minutes) Someone backs up the logs so y'all can prove everything we are saying.
