Ban Reason: RDM, Fail RP
Unban Reason: I'm not exactly sure why I was banned due to me being AFK, but I will guess it was the action resulting to my death. I had just gotten out of a sit, and was put back down and was being arrested for stealing an officers truck. Before he could force me into his car, I got into the officers truck, which was unlocked and on, and pulled away from the officer. He then shoots at me, so I ram him and hit a pole, throwing me out of the truck and killing myself. This wouldn't be RDM, for I had a legit RP reason to run him over. I don't really understand where the Fail RP comes into play. Please take this into consideration. ~Hazer

I attended a report stating that you had just stolen a police vehicle while you where handcuffed. Once I attended the sit. He (the reporter) then confirms that you had just gotten out of another sit due to a VDM (confirmed via notes) he then explains what happened, that he handcuffed you, and that you jumped into the driver's side of his vehicle. At that point, the officer opened fire on the vehicle and that is when you ran him over. But remember you jumped into his driver's side, while handcuffed, which is against our rules the fore I believe even thoe he shot at you that you still had no right to run him over due to the fact you should not have been driving.

Now I gave you a week because of 1. You just got out of another sit due to VDM. And 2. When I tp'd to the reporter I am almost sure you were speaking.

Now you claim that you where AFK, so I will be graceful and remove your ban as you have now served a good portion of it.
