Ban Reason: Advertising Twitch Channel
Unban Reason: This server is literally the only thing I stream on my Twitch. I don't gain any income from my channel, and stream strictly for entertainment and gaining more users for our server. In my prime, I streamed almost everyday during the Christmas holiday over a year ago. I posted my link literally everywhere and never got punished for anything. I also never got a warning for the ad I made, and wouldn't have done it a second time if I had received one. I think that a month is a lot for something I've never been punished for.

First of all id like to say that normally advertising other communities on other servers results in permaban from that server. Giving you a month for advertising on our server when I have seen plenty of people get permabanned on our server for the same thing seems very forgiving. I authorized the 1 month due to your extensive history on this server. Rules are to be taken seriously and not as a joke. If you can convince me that you understand that you know this i will consider lowering your ban.

I apologize for my actions, and will not advertise my stream ever again on Monolith Servers. I didn't realize that me streaming Monolith fell under the category of advertising other communities. I streamed almost daily in the past, and never had any issues at all from any staff. My streams are for enjoyment of the server, not at all for another community. Monolith is one of the only things that I have ever streamed, and again, I make no income from my streams. I hope you take this appeal into consideration.

Hello i was involved as me and hazer were on cop and partnered when it happened. i can 100% say with full confidence that hazer had no malice when he adverted that he was streaming. Back when he first stream mono back in 2019 he was allowed advertise his twitch and he did over the entire month of December. he hasnt streamed on mono in a year and a bit so i think he really just didnt know about the rule at all.
