Relevant Evidence: ok im growing weed in the lodge and i go afk for something irl then out of know where im being mugged in my house and i say hey and they say "drop your shit and your gun now". i replied umm guys im getting off soo wtf i really got to get off so they say "no thats ltap" and i say "ok ill give you all my money but i keep the gun and weed deal" he replied no everything and uncuffs me and i pick up my shit then accidently pull out my makorov and say no no dont shoot and i get gunned downed by this guys mac 11 and now im dead and i get off. how is that ltap im dead new life rule like wtf and 3 weeks for ltap why, i have seen guys who mass vdm get 3 days.

Happen to stumble upon this I'm not involved, but 3 weeks seems extremely harsh for this. Especially when I have seen people do way worse stuff and get extremely short bans,

1. You actually shot one of them with your Makarov.
2. You have no case when saying you negotiated. They are allowed to take ALL illegal items.
3. This is your second offense of violating Fear RP.
4. Leaving after the fact increases your ban time tenfold. Our job is to compile your violations, and 3 weeks is what I felt was necessary at the time, because you are a repeat offender.

We have people coming up with reasons they had to leave MANY times, but always later on in a ban appeal. This case specifically stood out to me because as soon as I showed up and started talking, you disappeared. When this happened, it appeared to me that you did not want to face the consequences.

I will allow you some time to explain yourself further before I make a final decision on this.

um my guy i didnt shoot someone if i did i didnt know but i left because i was dead and i didnt even know you were there but also i now understand the ltap but i still dont think 3 weeks is fair or even a week i love the server but thats unfair

3 Weeks is rather steep, I've seen players who RDM get 2 day bans, then once again come back and RDM again in a different case and get 4 days, regardless if it's his second ban, a 21 day ban is way to much for a second offense imo.

Also not trying to gang up on you, glad you're doing your job and all.

@Justin The Ungrateful @Dipski Lipski while your opinions are valued, please do not comment on ban appeals unless you are involved directly with the situation E.G. The player making the report or a person who witnessed the scenario. If a player is banned for too long there are several steps he/she can take to be unbanned, even if the appeal is rejected. Such as a staff report or raising the issue with community management or superior staff. Ban/staff/blacklist appeals/requests/reports are not places for discussion or opinions. Only for explaining the situation and why you should be unbanned or unblacklisted, etc or saying things if you are directly involved.

I need you to love the server before you violate its' rules.

Regardless, I assumed you were just a troll, and made that decision to separate you from the server for the longest amount of time I logically could for the rules you broke. Clearly that's not the case, so as a courtesy I'm going to shorten the ban to 2 days from the time of my post now. I will not entertain further appeals.
