So when I play for a few hours on monolith my game will crash and thats not good for me because there are times where I crash in a bank raid or at random times. When I crash it says CMDL cache out of memory can anyone help.

How much memory do you have on the drive where you have gmod installed?

Prob uninstalling some Gmod addons (not Monolith's addons), uninstalling some games, turn down some of your settings.
