After reviewing the reported player's prior offences and latest logs, it appears to me that @Memo is just an overall toxic player. As a result of bypassing the OOC chat filter (earlier today) and repeatedly calling people slurs of this sort, @Memo will be banned for 3 Weeks for Inappropriate Behavior. I suggest that he betters his personality, especially on a game that people are just trying to have fun on at the end of the day. Toxicity of this level will not be tolerated at all, you may appeal the ban if you wish when you decide to grow up.
