Relevant Evidence:So i was in the event and somebody tells me and Thomas sterling over radio that guys were holding up one of our friends in the gas stations during the event so i walked in to investigate and just started getting shot so i shot back and killed one person and apparently that's rdm even though i was shot at first and the whole reason i even killed the other guy was cause according to someone he was mugging my friend and shot at me.
This is just absolutely ridiculous i tried to defend myself from a chain reaction of shooting and i get banned cause of it?

Honestly i'm just asking for ban reduction i don't see this as my fault at all when i was being shot at and someone was mugging my friend and i highly doubt they were punished

Update
After conferring with others i realized that PsiSyn was the man i killed a couple hours after i was banned and after reviewing his stream like Thomas's post, Santo was standing next to them with his hands up and their guns pointed at him, Causing the misconception that he was being mugged thus we were informed over radio that he was being mugged by 2 men.

Around the time i entered the gas station Kyler is already dead and Thomas is being shot at so the only thing i can deduce is that their trying to kill us which, Technically they were. So i pushed in and shot the man with the Lmg that was shooting at Thomas (PsiSyn) unknown to me that they actually were not attempting to be hostile nor would i have been able to know what had actually happened

I would again, Classify this is a misunderstanding not RDM in anyway review the stream yourself and you will understand where me and Thomas are coming from.
