Request Reason: Arrested hunin5 and mysteriously his friend came online and raided PD without knowledge he had been arrested, then following on from that hunin5 constantly RDMd me as he was upset he lost a gunfight prior to his arrest. I attempted to make a report in game but the only staff member was afk for the duration.

Tried not to engage in the drama these children were causing, but they would follow me around ramming my vehicle and when I would get into incidents with other players they would third party shoot me in the back. They were in separate orgs from these players, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and pretend they knew them on those extra two occasions and only report them for the above four incidents.

Dear @Tyla, @hunin5 & @IXDarknessXI,

Following a review of the provided video evidence and statement, a conclusion has been made. No additional evidence has been deemed necessary to be supplied. In short, it is clear one of the reported users, @hunin5, has made multiple attempts to provoke other players on law enforcement - further violating rules around engagement on specific actions such as towing, impounding or ticketing by law enforcement. Only one out of the two reported players will be issued punishment. @IXDarknessXI will not receive any punishment as the evidence supplied does not show clear rule violations.

2.2.4 (Sensible Killing)
Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly under any circumstances, including in gang zones, and not as a first resort unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

2.2.8 (Killing Law Enforcement)
You may not kill a Law Enforcement Officer unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. These could include but are not limited to, visibly carrying illegal weapons or visibly performing an illegal activity. These reasons depend on the context. If police are attempting to initiate an arrest on you while you are carrying hidden illegal items in your inventory, that is a valid reason to kill them.

Law Enforcement may only be harmed if they are a direct threat to you. Passing by officers and deputies, such as those obeying NLR, may not be harmed unless they initiate on you.

2.6.6 (Cop/Police Bait)
You may not ‘cop bait’ - the act of excessively provoking Law Enforcement for the sole purpose of having them chase you or incite some other reaction from them for your own mere enjoyment.
