What happened: Changed I.D.

How much do you need refunded: $8,500
Evidence: Picture footage. So, I payed $8,500 to change to a female for a specific purpose, but I can't wear formal attire as a female or I turn into an error message and so I won't have any use of using the female anymore. I contacted staff and the in-game mod told me to make a refund request so I can go back to a male. Thanks in advance.
