A guy pulled a ak on me i drove away since he didnt give me any commands he shot at me i killed me then his gang members started to shoot me and deceased me so after 1 or 2 minutes of waiting i got tired of the game so i quit.

When I responded to the report, and reviewed logs, I determined the player you had killed had nothing to do with the situation you describe. From what I was informed of, and saw, it looks as though you had killed him without any reasoning.

Apologies for the inconvenience, I included LTAS considering the timing, I do understand where you come from on that second part however.

From what I got, you were reported for killing a player who wasn't a threat and had done nothing. What I got is the player killed was extinguishing fires, and then right after was killed. At no point in logs did I witness any threat against your person, and determined that there would be no reason in my eyes that would warrant his death.

Again, this thread is for discussion so hearing more of the situation would be nice. Now that you have some context on the situation that was reported to me.

Again, all I have is the context of the guy's last actions from his logs, and saw no reason why he got killed. And again, there were multiple shots and didn't look like crossfire to me. Stuff isn't adding up fully for me to act regarding this.

This is for your part to chime in. All I have is the context that there was an individual killed who wasn't a threat. They were in possession of a firearm that was never utilized for any direct harm. And if I recall correctly(there were multiple issues I have been resolving whilst on the server) you were a cop. Person was never a threat, so I would not see why he was killed.
