I do apologize after this incident I promise you it won't happen again i do think the ban was a little harsh cause it is my second day on the server. I would just like to get back to my mining and buy my premium.

You didn't seem to have a single care in the world, you mingegrabbed the AK and then said "nah I'm leaving" when he told you to drop it, and the left the server. You then told me you never picked an AK up, and that the one you had in your inventory, you "found" the day before, but upon checking logs, you had just picked it up. You were also extremely disrespectful in the sit. I suggest you take this time to read over our rules.

I do care which is why I made an appeal as you can see. I never told you that I "never picked one up". And the one in my inventory is the one that i found on the ground. you didn't let me explain the full story. Which was I saw a car blow up the dead person next to the car was the person with the gun i simply walked up and grabbed the gun and went inside my backyard to continue growing. Then! a gang comes running in my backyard and says im reporting you for minge grabbing I then crashed. relogged and went back to the house to keep growing . I stopped at a gas station to buy a vape pen and thats when you teleported me. these kids were not around when I picked up the gun. which is why the driver said I was the wrong person. because then gun i picked up was from a car crash not some kid shooting a car which came right after that and he thought I picked his ak up which it was another player's which wasn't in the icident. I do apologize for arguing with you which was not my intent I was just bummed that the ak i found was not their's.

..You literally told me in the sit that you didn't pick any up, Another moderator checked your inventory and asked where you got the AK you had, you said you "picked it up randomly" yesterday. Lying isn't helping your situation. You also say you crashed, yet the logs show that you disconnected. There's a clear difference in the logs whether you disconnect or crash. The AK belonged to the man that they killed, thus making it theirs.

Okay lets get these facts straight you quoted twice differently do you know in the united states it is illegal to quote someone on something they did not say unless its quote for quote. its either I said "I picked the ak up yesterday" or I picked up the ak randomly. you accused me of saying these two quotes for the same sit. Besides that I read the rules. I don't see where we are going with this I'm just trying to get unbanned so I can roleplay I already apologized so please explain to me why we are still going on about this?
