i got falsely banned

my game name is tyroneious i got falsely banned its says no appeal and says i was on a alt of a banned user i have never even played on a diff steam account the ban was by thanewolf please look into this this was my fav server and i got banned and if i was using a alt why would i be banned like 100+ hours into the server idk what happend if they did not mean to put my name or something but please look into this

also i have a family member that also plays and has been banned but i dont think that has anything to do with it just saying if it does and if i need to provide prrof of the family member and them being banned i will
