Reason for Report: He did not give the cop who raided me with no warrant a warning and let me get arrested so the cop can be chill with it and then he freed me after.

What happened:

So I was at my house planting and this random cop comes up saying he is investigating I was like okay and he stayed on my property for 5-10 mins so I open my house and I get in and he runs in and I asked him 3 times to leave so I killed the officer the other officer said I was within my rights. The deputy comes and arrests me and takes me to jail for 30 mins. The admin which was Astero allowed me to get arrested although he said I was not in the wrong. So I don't understand why I still got arrested for 30 mins and lost all my things?. the deputy did not get a warning nor did he give the first cop who raided me get a warning and he didn't have a warrant. I just got premium and if this issue keeps on happening I will no longer play this server. Literally, the cop fails up and then I get the shits for it.

The admin blacklisted me in OOC for saying what he did

@tazdevil335 even though it's the incorrect format for the Staff Report, allow me to explain the situation at hand to avoid wasting his time correcting his format.

There was a police raid that occurred on layer 2 that was under the suspicion of holding drugs on the property. The situation was reported after the raid took place and Eazy35 was already being arrested when it came in. Along with this, he provided no evidence to his claims.
Rule 5.2.3 in Law enforcement Raid Rules states:

Reports regarding false police raids must be made prior to the end of the police raid or the report will be closed and the situation will be considered handled in-character.

I try to explain the rule to @Eazy35 saying that this situation is voided.

I tried using an example in real life which I explained to his witness where he could have attempted to ask for the PD's direct supervisor if the officer refused to show the warrant. The officer who was shot by Eazy for entering his home was offline at the time and couldn't have been asked for the situation at play. This is when I recommended in taking the situation onto the forums to create a player report with valid evidence to support his claims.

Sequentially, he was arrested for shooting an officer which lead for his arrest and why I allowed the RP situation to continue as well as for the rule 5.2.3 taking place.

As for the 30 minute OOC blacklist, he was warned 4 times to not have complaints or issues regarding a admin sit in OOC but instead take it on the forums or in my DMs to avoid disturbing the other players game-play, thus I would not want the community to be involved for something that does not relate to the community as a whole. As he continued, I decided a 30 minute would be enough to understand the reasoning to not misuse OOC.

I will let Community management decide a verdict on this report as there's not much else to be said. Have a good day!

Hello,

Since there is no evidence of the situation there is not much we can do. However, I would like to address a few things:

• We require both parties to tell their side of the story, in a sit. If one of them disconnects and there is not enough evidence/logs to prove a rulebreak took place, staff members should direct players to the forums, as @Astero claims he did;
• Using OOC chat to complain about an administrative situation is not allowed. After being warned, a player can be blacklisted from using that chat;
• Staff members do not involve witnesses in administrative situations, unless they have evidence that show a rulebreak took place.
