I have Half-life 1, Half-life 2, I have CSS, all the steam content packs and i can still not see the tow truck and I can not see the two boxes in the shell that you rob.

Make sure your model settings are on high, also wouldn't hurt to verify your game cache.

DO you have CCS? if so then make sure it is mounted and ON THE SAME DRIVE!
