Date and time of loss: I'm assuming yesterday? This is about the database issue. (more descriptive dates on the screenshots below)
What happened: As mentioned above, nothing of what people did yesterday was saved, and so we lost our progress.

What do you need refunded: I have lost a lot more than i can prove. However, i will go from the screenshots i have.

- 25x Coal ore

- 1x Iron ore

- 397x Copper ore (that's 6 stacks of 64 + 13 copper ore)

- 28 Water bottles


I was also above level 28 on woodcutting, lvl 11 on woodcrafting, 23 mining and more than 6 on metalcrafting, but i'm unable to prove that..
