I lost all of my ores and ingots (Somehow)

What happened: After the server restarted, I had checked my inventory and everything was fine as usual (the server did crash a couple of times after the restart.) I logged back on after a couple hours and I noticed I had $19k sitting on my player. What I had also noticed was that every single ingot and ore were gone from my inventory and bank. I had so many copper ingots, ore, and coal on my player. I would even ask for the logs to be checked. I made an in-game report but nobody claimed it.

How much do you need refunded: (Considering the only evidence I have is the screenshot, this is what is provided) x10 stacks of copper ingots, x4 stacks of coal.

There were more coal and copper ore, but I don't expect that to be refunded without photo evidence either.

This is being reviewed. The main issue I have with this refund is that you had enough time in between when you posted your original pic and after pic. There's no way for me to know whether you actually lost the things or actually traded or used the ingots.

NOTE: I'm going to deny this as there's a possibility that you could've used the ingots and there's no proof of timestamps. If you do not agree with this you can contact me or a Community Manager.
