I lost everything in my bank

What happened: I went to a premium locker that was near me to get my gun. Then I opened it and everything was gone. I had $70000 and now it says I have $2000. All my bank inventory is gone.
What and/or how much do you need refunded: I need my $70000. I had lot of ores but I can always go back mining. I would like tho two stacks of coal ore back.
Evidence: I only have a video back when I had 50k. Also I didnt have the extra 19 bars.

Also if you check my bank in game you will see that I dont have anything and I play on the server a lot so please keep that in mind.
