Your refund request has been denied.

Reason: Your refund request does not meet the requirements set within our refund request guidelines. You can not claim for the money in the bag as it was something you could have had, up until you are able to drop it off at the drop off point and fully get away from any possible police or 3rd party. This means that you could have possibly lost that money on the way there and due to that you would only be entitled to the bag that was grabbed in this situation. The bag was returned by PMX and you didnt lose your weapons so there is nothing that qualifies as refundable. Your best bet is to simply re-rob the bank and refill the bag.

Note: I know that this is in no way your fault, however from the information in your refund request the person was aparrently punished for his actions, so I do apoligize that your situation was ruined by that.
