Since I was mentioned in this report, the two individuals in this report were, in fact, minging around falsely arresting people earlier at the gun store, I and KRAFTRON were both involved in an incident at the gun store regarding these two before this occurred, and we did see this occur as well, as you can see us both standing in the video wearing the red jackets.

Since other staff members were on at the time, I wasn't able to handle this due to being involved in a situation with them prior to this.

Just as another perspective, I was playing within a LT+ position at some points of that day. Seeing some weird tickets, and I believe that they were ticketing stupendously high end for more minor infractions. I had to take off a few tickets and accept appeals because of this. Even having a ticket about 3500 for barely parking in front of town hall. Let alone another for about 4k for another minor item.

Not sure if they were the issuer of the tickets, but it has been occurring on a rapid pace, potentially an exploit from alt account users, or something of the like.
