I think i broke my Gmod

My friend Lazmin was trying to help me and tried everything we could think of but no matter what we did my game is still just 1 big missing texture. Lazmin even mounted CSS, AND HL2. Re did all my !content and validated all the files. idk what to do at this point

i've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game a couple of times and that didn't work either
