I want an refund / server crash

Hello, I was playing on Monolith at 10AM (13.11.2017) Somewhere around 10AM the server crashed.
Like 10 minutes before the server crashed I bought some stuff in a price of 12-15K. Then I went mining wood.
And suddenly, the server crashed and I dont have any screenshots of it.
I bought: Workbench and a woodworking table

Can I please get a refund?
