I was banned for no reason.... can someone explain

It says i was banned for anti-exploit system, which I don't even know what that means. I don't know why i was banned, i literally couldn't do anything since the server keeps lagging and going offline and making me freeze. I just switch to taxi driver from police officer. And if it helps I am a Mac user running on Nvidia Geforce now (basically uses Nvidia's servers) because gmod is poorly optimized on macs. I attached the screenshot when i try to rejoin.
