is the video of why I got banned for 3days. The reason was making him angry. He broke the rules of the new life policy. He was bank security batoned me and I arrested him. after he got released from jail, he changed his job into Chief. I was middle of a shootout. He was angry about getting arrested before. So he yelled at me on the radio which is that ear raping. I told him no. And he continuously yelling me on the radio that I'll get demoted. So I told him "fuck off! your mum". And I restarted the game. And I got arrested at park + batoned me. it is a shame that I don't have a full version of the video. The funny thing is, he said he got video proof and later he says no.

In neither of these videos has my power as staff been abused. In the first video, I have already made my statement clear on the staff discord and will not repeat it here.

In the second, a fellow staff member as a joke has intentionally blocked my exit as a joke. I shot without the intent to kill him to get him out of the way, also in jest.

Whyever you chose to move towards shots fired is beyond me and your own fault. You then again chose to make the same condescending attempt at singling me out by asking quite audaciously for an apology, and so I point out that you are amidst others and not the only focus of interest in the server. You bring a selfish and unhelpful attitude towards me and many other players which resulted in the first 3 day ban issued by @Mr.Alex

You seem to have a vendetta against me simply because I will not drop everything to make you happy while you go around making only your own playing experience better, often at the expense of other players, something deeply visible in your notes.

I'd also like to point out that the first video you have made was long before this staff report, and so is undeniably inciting drama, something I must refer to @PMX directly. As such, I will refrain from responding to this report any more until invited to by management.

Yea my bad, I thought you could open the door inwards as well but I soon came to the conclusion that it was impossible for him to exit if I were to stay there. So he wasn't really at fault here.

And I was only damaged for 5 so it clearly shows he wasn't shooting with intent to do serious harm.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. After review there is insufficient evidence to show @StewartJames breaking server rules.

The video you provided does not show the situation leading up to your arrest, only starting at the arrest point, so beyond logs there is not much I can say on it. You are detained for questioning post a situation earlier, which you left to avoid RP for. When you rejoin you are put back into the RP situation, which is fine, and I believe preferable to a LTARP ban. In regards to that situation, logs show that you were not batoned before tasing Stewart; and you were never batoned by him specifically, but rather a different officer.
After being detained Stewart attempts to roleplay the situation out with you but, the entire time, you break character and refuse to engage. Ultimately this is turned into an admin situation and Mr .Alex decides to ban you for your multiple instances of lying to him in a sit. Throughout the entire sit you falsely accuse both of them of abusing their power when there is no evidence of this. A 3 day ban, in relation to your extended history of disrespecting staff and lying, is lenient. No issue there.
As for the second video, you were caught in the crossfire of someone doorblocking. I will say shooting here is unnecessary, but keep in mind this is also a game, and this is so incredibly minor in terms of RP.

Furthermore, in your own video you show an instance of you metagaming via Steam and even mention that you are in Discord. This is against server rules. Considering you just recently came off a year ban last month, you clearly have no intent to roleplay on the server and only intend to harass staff and break the rules. You will be receiving a week long ban due to your own rulebreaks as evidenced here. I highly encourage you take this time to reconsider how you play on the server, and please have a refresher on the rules to avoid a situation like this again in the future.
