Admin being reported( Tag by writing @ before their forum name) @Stuvi

Reason for Report: Complete inactivity and irresponsibility, Issuing permanent bans and then failing to reply on the forums for many days and up to this point. I was false banned for MRDM as you can read below in that link. I pay good money for premium and not being able to play and take advantage of it is unacceptable. Having the power to issue such bans comes with much responsibility and this staff member is lacking that trait.

I don't think Stuvi's activity is relevant, nor does Premium give you any benefits on bans. However, I generally hold a pretty high bar for permabans and this was a temporary event that involved quite some violence.. The appeal is a bit vague, from both sides.

@Stuvi, would you be able to elaborate a bit on the ban?

@Anthony Do you have any idea on what you might have done which caused Stuvi to ban you? Could you elaborate on that in so case?

As I was telling @PMX I literally have not even 1 ounce of an idea as to why I was banned. I honestly and whole heartedly think this was a mistake / wrong person perhaps.

The last thing I was doing on the server was roleplaying as CP, there was a whole incident where the mayor was allowing civs to grow weed in the mayors office, Then me and @tazdevil335 went up there (as CP) to take care of them, tazdevil then fires me for accidentally beating him up with my baton . Once I was fired I logged off for the night. The following day I log into a perma ban. (These are the last events I did on the last day I was playing)

Based off what stuvi said " You were banned for RDMing multiple people straight after equipping a rebel outfit."

Now what I can say is that,

If you witnessed it, why didn't you pull me into a sit? or why was this not brought to my attention that you suspected me of mass rdm. Considering I was on CP for the remainder of the night you could have easily came to me.

If someone showed you a video, I would like to see the video, because who knows what events led up to me killing specific cp's.... Baton abuse? KOS? there is handful of reasons that could lead me to killing a CP.

Part of that is true but you definitely did not beat me with a baton by accident since no one was moving, you took out your baton and swung at me twice. I do not see how anyone can accidentally baton someone since it takes more than multiple actions equipping > aim > Swing > aim > Swing > then try to flee.

In this situation, as CP we did kill ( 2 Overwatch Soldiers + Mayor + 1 CP in the Crossfire ) as they were defending the mayor in a corruption scheme. Buhbye was there and we did kill them if he happened to get the final kill on the 4 players then I suppose it could see the confusion. However, I am not sure if this is the correct situation leading up to his ban that stuvi is talking about.

by accident I mean I was trying to hit someone else and I was hitting you instead of them (that's the accident part) when all that was happening there wasn't budget so I never had a gun or killed anyone up in the mayors office. I don't think this situation is what they are talking about @tazdevil335, I was just supplying it for context as the last thing I was doing on the server before I hoped off. I appreciate you responding

However I have no clue what situation stuvi is talking about so I'm not 100% sure...

@Gurra its been 10 days since my ban appeal. I pay real life dollars for premium. Obviously that doesn't give me benefits on bans. But while IM false banned my premium is just running out. @Stuvi clearly active on the forums just not responding for whatever reason. When you have admins like ... I was going to tag them all but then I realized its literally every other admin / mod. They respond within 24 hours as players are also held to the same standard and given 24 hours to respond or its proceeded without their side of the story. Gurra why is stuvi not held to this standard? Especially with him throwing perma bans around to the wrong people.

Stuvi is averaging 1 response every 10 days.

The day this occured there were several players going around equipping and unequipping their rebel outfits to go out of their way to kill everybody they see because they're simply wearing rebel uniforms. This was reported on Discord by several people. From reviewing the logs of that day I saw that you were one of them, which is why you were banned.

If you witnessed it, why didn't you pull me into a sit?

I haven't witnessed it. I haven't been ingame forever. I reviewed that days logs due to the Discord reports as no staff were available.

There's no video evidence as far as I am aware.

The reason you're banned is for equipping a rebel outfit and killing several players straight after. One player reported you via the ingame reporting system but no staff were available to take care of it. If you weren't reported you wouldn't be banned for this situation.

So I got banned for Mass RDM because I was preventing my friends from getting arrested? @Arroyo told me many many times that I am allowed to kill CP's that are arresting my friends but I MUST be wearing a rebel outfit.

The logic behind this ban makes 0 sense to me.. hear me out in this hypothetical scenario

A player raids L1 bank and kill's 8 cops. A cop reports while no staff are online, stuvi checks logs and thinks WOW this guy just randomly killed 8 people "MASS RDM" However with context he would find out its a bank raid.


@Stuvi @Gurra @PMX Context is KEY is every situation in game and in real life and I am very shocked and surprised that stuvi would permanently ban someone when all the information he has is an undescriptive report and checking my logs. Stuvi you have been working with Monolith for many years now and my friends who just became admins said the first thing they learn is to ALWAYS hear both sides to the story. I don't think your actions were malicious but they were certainly misinformed.

2 weeks has passed since my initial report. I would appreciate compensation on my premium that was just running out the last 2 weeks being wasted.

I don't see sufficient evidence to remove the plausibility that @Anthony acted in a mildly reasonable, or at least not malicious manner. A permaban seems too severe to me and so I'll commute that to a ban lasting till today's date.
