Inventory with errors

A description of your technical issue: Basically the majority of the items in my inventory have an error sign or look "odd" , in-game I don't have any actual errors or missing textures ect, but in the inventory I do which is quite strange.
Has it happened before?: Yes

Make sure you've removed/unsubscribed from all other Addons.

Subscribe to the content pack here

Make sure to restart your game before rejoining the server, I also suggest that you have the game closed when you subscribe to all of the addons because the game will freeze and log a lot when extracting large amounts of addons.

If you're still having issues, it might be that you don't have Counter Strike: Source and HL2 games mounted onto Garry's Mod itself.

If you go to your gmod directory, then data, nsicon, there should be a monolithrp folder, if you delete it, it'll fix the icons in inventory.
