Is premium a perma thing or not

I'm going to buy premium if i get unbanned and once i do get unbanned i was wondering if premium was a perma thing cause its pretty cheap for premium.

It's around $11 per month. If for whatever reason you cancel the subscription you keep the items you bought but some of them will be unusable for instance, premium cars are still usable after losing it but cosmetics cannot be equipped after you lose it. Same with the extra bank slots, they save what was there but if you lose premium then they are unaccessable until you repurchase premium.
