Reason for Report: Improper handling of a report situation.

I reported player A for saying “FAT N*GGER” in chat as well as player B who made player A say that in chat.

When brought to a sit, Isaac had already blatantly accused me of encouraging player A to say the above phrase in chat. There was no evidence to support that I did that so he brought player B up, who actually lied and said it was me. No further discussion was allowed to take place and was banned for a month for past actions.

I agree with the ban, personally. Not for this incident as I am always truthful for my actions and this is something I fundamentally didn’t do. But for my past behaviour and actions since returning March 2017. I believe @WhiteBlood is in the right for banning me and I think the ban should extend longer.

All in all, this situation was handled poorly and I could see how a lack of concerded investigation and believing one word over another could lead to many instances of players being falsely banned for something like myself did not commit.

I'll admit I jumped to the conclusion of you encouraging the player to say the name of the lobster a bit too quickly, and I apologize for that. I don't really think there's much more to add to this, so I'll leave it there.

This situation should have been carefully dealt with and everyone's side of story should have been considered. Hawke is known to break a lot of rules but a 1 month ban is not warranted in this case. There were no evidence that pointed out that Hawke said what the player claimed he did in chat.

However Hawke decided to write the N word in one of his marketed items and that is why he is going to be receiving warning points. His 1 month ban has been lifted.
