Request Reason:
Jimmy Mandoms - Corruption and Abuse of position. Clearly generating random duels and baton abusing random units of the PD, mainly having the target of a detective. Generally showing NITRP as they claim magic against the Chief and other PD units. Provided with this, they also knocked down the Detective as seen in the middle of the street eventually. Of course, they can't be fired without Staff Powers, giving us no choice, but to make tickets and wait while they go on whatever ventures they desire.

D'quelle Markineson - Corruption and Teamkilling Gov units. As seen, the unit was engaging the Warden, potentially out of defense for the Detective, but no calls were made about the incident. Not sure if this person just felt they wanted to kill someone, or they were actually going for a defensive stance. Yet when questioned it seems more like they were just shooting because they thought they could quickly kill and run.

John Marten - Corruption, failure to quelle department, Fail RP, etc. Noted here, the Captain was running around PD and doing anything and everything a cop shouldn't be doing. Allowing a duel between the PD/Corrections, participating personally, and failing to holster the department in chaos. Even while making multiple calls and attempting to resolve department issues, the Captain was still doing as they pleased without regards that the PD was going up in flames during the proceeds. Instead going for duels with the Warden to have some type of venue to just getting a kill fest in.

Cora Dahle - Failure to quelle department. Throughout the whole time of everything going down within the day, I really couldn't say where Chief Dahle was in, in all of this. I made /gov and radio call outs to Chief directly, as Captain was failing their position. Yet they were gone completely out of nowhere, like being a hostage and being unable to comms in level of silence. I'm not sure if the Chief had something going on, but it was requested. I guess they later came back on comms, but I was trying to push pass all the stuff just to continue onto regular duties. As the previous items were already a headache to deal with and people eventually started to leave.

Hey, I was not a part of this report but as Jimmy's friend, I just wanted to say Jimmy does not have a forum account but he is one of the best roleplayers in monolith because he engages in all forms of roleplay where usually the majority has fun and laughs. All I'm saying is Jimmy is the perfect example of a good player because he puts smiles on most of the players around him and that's what games are for. Even if sometimes he roleplays situations that are not correct, the situations are still funny to the majority of the people.

I was trying to push pass all the stuff just to continue onto regular duties. As the previous items were already a headache to deal with and people eventually started to leave.

I also want to add, you could have just continued your regular duties as a police officer patrolling instead of spectating the situation. Also, People most likely didn't leave PD because of the duels, however, they might have left if they were nonconsensual.

I was on at the time they were dueling. Jimmy was demoting people and it affected my RP/experience.

Several times I made callouts for backup, etc and instead it was just dueling. I had to turn off radio as well since there was nothing beneficial coming from it. They refused any gov callouts or radio callouts cuz they’re dueling. Jimmy called for a PD meeting only to discuss steak/food and threatened demotions if you didn’t attend

Jimmy was a corrections warden, not a Captain or Chief, so he cant demote you, also you don't have to turn radio off, you just chose to because you were annoyed

It's pretty crazy to me that you create a report because of 10 minutes that this video shows and me not being able to "quelle a department."

The video below shows a mass rdm'er raiding the pd for no reason and killing me seconds before I came on duty. By the way, as soon as I got back up, I died again, and got stabilized.

Something I couldn't have known, as my perspective was noted in the factor of when you left the PD and never really got word back until I went back to other duties to chase a Civi Tow Truck being corrupt.

@Mr.Frags appears to have been hitting a random detective with their baton. He claimed that he was only doing so because they were attempting to prop push his car. @Mr.Frags then begins to speak about magic and wizardry.

@D'quelle Markineson was shooting at the warden despite them posing no active threat.

1:42-3:00
@JohnMarten was participating in "duels" with others and appears to have RDM'd someone in the process. @John was also actively encouraging other members of the department to do the same.

VERDICTS

There is not a rule that explicitly states "NITRP is not allowed," so we will be referring to rule number 1.1. There is absolutely nothing wrong with @Mr.Frags talking about wizards, as a matter of fact that IS roleplay. @Mr.Frags was attempting to spice up others roleplay experience through the discussion of wizards. One could make the argument that the attempted RDM shows NITRP, but we only issue NITRP punishments in more serve cases (EX: Someone mass rdm's, prop pushes, and then goes around yelling racial slurs). From what I can see here, @Mr.Frags had every intent to roleplay, he just didn't do so properly.

@Mr.Frags stated that his reasoning behind attempting to baton the detective in the video above was that the detective tried to prop push him with a soda can. While prop pushing is against the rules, @Mr.Frags should have waited for staff to deal with the situation accordingly if he was being prop pushed.

There is no evidence anywhere in @Deruta 's videos that shows that @ja1003 was failing to do their duties. This report has also been reviewed by PD supervisor @AJACE who agrees that there is no evidence that @ja1003 failed at their duties.

CONCLUSION

As a result of the verdicts above, the following has occurred:

@Mr.Frags has received a one week police blacklist for Corruption and Baton abuse. Additionally, their case has been forwarded to the PD supervisor team for further review.
@D'quelle Markineson has received a warning point for attempted RDM and Corruption. Additionally, their case has been forwarded to the PD supervisor team for further review.
@JohnMarten has received 2 warning points for attempted RDM and corruption. Atonally, their case has been forwarded to the PD supervisor team for further review.
