Why should we remove your punishment?: This occurred and after we had discussions with another admin where they told both sides that it was a warning as fail rp had occurred on both ends and I was told the incident was resolved but a day later I am banned for three days without being able to discuss what happened. I knew that I had messed up and we stopped after the admin told us to. I do apologize about the gun license incident I did not realize what that actually did I was just clicking through the mayor apps to see what it did. This was my second day on the server and my first offense and have since looked at the rules to ensure I do not break them again.

Time of Occurrence: May 2 around 2-3 am est

Hi there,
I remember something about you when your Secret Service and You as a Mayor were shooting randomly to two Players from your Balcony.
One of the Player reported it as RDM and revived him (and I should have stop the action) but it has continued.
I was partially in fault for revive one of them and I did not punish anyone, and giving reminders.

EDIT: I remember one of the Secret Service that they kill a Civilian while attempting to kill you. Got also a RDM report before, but this ticket was very tough cause of the non Police connected about it.
So you were not really a BIG part of the action except for the first action where i could witness a bit (balcony).

If it's NOT the good action i'm talking about, then I have no idea.

I will accept the appeal on the condition that further NITRP rules will result in harsher punishments.
I have reduced the ban to 1d from the 3d originally given.
Accepted.
