Relevant Evidence: I know what I did was wrong and it was a very inappropriate. I was talking to Nick Richard the only one that was actually in the school shooting and it didn't offend him at all. He didn't care so I didn't really think it would matter that much. I know i have said stupid things in OOC before and I am very sorry. From now on I will watch what I say in ooc. Once again I am very sorry for what I said and I didn't think it through.

This doesn't make what I did right, but just type thy into the search bar in the discord and look at all the fucked up things he said. He said a lot worse things than I did and most likely got nothing said to him at all.

I understand that @Johnny Peters was joking @Lola Meid and I don't think he deserved the ban, at worst a warn or blacklist from ooc. Yes the shooting that occured at my school was a tragic event and yes the message that Johnny said was kind of screwed up, however in the end I was not harmed by it. I do not think Johnny deserved to be banned, everyone makes mistakes and everyone deserves to be given a second chance.

Alright so I've spoken to @Johnny Peters about this in steam and will say it again: It has no contribution to me that @Ice is not offended by this incident, it matters that not even 5 hours later after 17 people have died, Johnny made the poor judgement to joke about it. These are innocent lifes and it's the fact that such things are a perma ban worth (people making fun of shootings/posting pictures of it). Now I know Johnny never meant any harm, that's one of the reason the ban is 1w. But I think Johnny, you need to take a time as I said to think about your mistake because you have the tendencies to say stupid shit.

At the end this ban is being discussed with all the CM's to come with the proper punishment/lenght. So this is being reviewed.

After consideration with the upper staff, we've decided that the ban will not be lifted. Further actions on managing the CM in particular will be handled by @Gurrazor.
