Sorry about the long wait, I thought I could handle a few reports before I went away. I have been skiing all weekend with some friends, and I did not have access to the internet, so that is on me.

Nonetheless, the accused did as reported, unequip his weapon during combat, and also LTADT/LTARP, thus he will be punished accordingly for doing so.
