I say question mark to other issues prior because i really don't understand what the issues prior were because i only have gotten 1 warning point in the last week and it was that day for stealing a car as a tow truck driver. So i really don't understadn why he said thats why he was banning me, and the cops were chasing me because I towed the Mayor's limo and tried to arrest me and the admin said it was parked illegally and to let me take it but the second he left Ron Shapner kept arresting me and then told me to let the mayors limo go and then he will take me to jail, so i just go the tow truck and left and then he started shoot me i dont know why, i wasn't code red. Then a was at impound lot and the car blew up because everyone was shooting it and then I was in tow truck because i couldn't get out because it would make me get stuck and then when the fire men put out the fire I still couldnt get out so the admin moved the truck with his admin physgun and then i just ran away because no one had a gun or tazer at me because all the cops were distracted wth another guy and then I run into the towing manager office and lock the door, sitll no cops following me, and the admin no clips into my room and then bans me for FailRP but didnt explain what exactly I did that was FailRP.

Prior to this situation I had other issues with you that showed you weren't really following or respecting the rules of the server. Again, you were reported for another rule violation, and from there I concluded that after warnings you weren't here to follow the rules. I was hoping after the first time I had a run-in with you regarding a rule violation that you would have learned and corrected, but seeing as how you decided to break the rules again and respond poorly, I moved to the next stage.

@Gregg You still haven't said what other issues i have done literally the only warning point/sit i have gotten into that entire day was when I stole a car as a Tow Truck Driver, but you told me it was against the rules and then you just let me be on my way. FailRP violations, mingegrabbing, etc. I didn't want to delve into those fully as this isn't what the appeal is about, but if you wish.

I had already warned you about the rules when you decided to take someones vehicle from the towyard and drive it into the water by the fishing premium locker, and run away like nothing happened. I finally was able to catch up to you and tell you, and hoped from there you would check up on the rules and try to comply with them.

Again, after that warning I had previously given, you were reported once more for another rule violation. You again were not complying the ruleset on the server, breaking FailRP and doing things your job is not meant to do, and breaking rules in the process. Again, the way you were acting and handling showed you were not here to comply by our ruleset so I moved to the next stage. Now that we're here on the forums, you can easily access our rules and give them a once-over and get familiar with them. I hope you do so at least, as my past two run-ins with you showed you didn't seem to understand them too well.
