lets start of with the NITRP, when I arrived on scene to the report I took the liberty to observe how you were acting wile you were in RP, you had 2 weapons and 2 tazers pointed at you (and you were uncuffed) the officers were telling you to drop your weapon and you didn't comply, infact you broke rp and started mic spamming "whats going on helloo" "this is so buggy" at this point I showed myself tried to confront you but you refused to answer me, you were screaming that you had "
